Also if there are any wood board or wood block repairs needed then this will also increase the time needed to complete the project. On the other hand if there is more rooms or a larger size space to floor sand then the price will decrease. We do always recommend that you choose the complete service from board repairs to fully floor sanding and finishing your floor to what ever finish your require. We do offer a floor sanding only service for those who are prepared t lacquer or oil the wood flooring themselves.
